Founder & Presenter

Junior Bailey is the founder and driving force behind Quality Soul Radio. With a genuine passion for soul, funk, reggae and quality music from across the decades, Junior created the station to bring listeners great music without the interruptions of commercial radio. As a presenter, Junior brings his own relaxed style and love of music to the station, helping make Quality Soul Radio a place where great songs, great memories and good vibes come together.

On air, he brings listeners Lunchtime Smoothies, Beat The Intro, and a blend of soul, neo‑soul, reggae, and classic grooves that define the station’s identity. Off air, he leads the creative direction, presenter onboarding, branding, and technical operations that keep the station running smoothly.

Kerry-Ann Lewis is one of the newest voices on Quality Soul Radio, bringing her warm, relaxed and soulful style to Reggae Vibes every Sunday (2-4pm) With a love for reggae classics, favourites and feel-good rhythms, Kerry-Ann creates the perfect soundtrack for a Sunday. Expect great music, positive energy and plenty of reggae vibes as she takes listeners on a musical journey every week.
